The Priority Mail shipping charge within the U.S. for any of the
above collectibles is a flat $5.00 (for any size order), except for the P&L, "Discoverie,"
and Anderson medallions which have an additional per-medallion shipping and
insurance charge added onto that $5.00 (see above for the additional charges).
