Registration

Are registrations transferable?

Registrations are transferable prior to the start of the event (November 7th, 10 AM). Contact registrar@nemca.com for details.

 

 

Is the registration fee tax deductible?

Yes! 

NEMCA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and a portion of your registration fee is tax deductible. 

NEMCA members: $104.00 of your registration fee is tax deductible.
Non-members: $129 of your registration is tax deductible.

NEMCA members receive a $25 discount on registration so their net deduction is lower.

 

What are the registration and hotel deadlines?

Yankee Gathering registration closes at 5 PM Wednesday, October 30th. Attendance is capped at 200 people so we suggest you register as early as possible to avoid being left out.

Full refunds are issued for cancellations received prior to September 1st. Cancellations received in September and October are subject to a 10% and 50% fee respectively. No refund will be issued for cancellations received in November. Registrations are transferrable.

Hotel reservations need to be made prior to October 15, 2024 to receive the NEMCA room rate.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are prorated according to this schedule:
  100% refund prior to September 1
    90% refund from September 1-30
    50% refund from October 1-31

No refunds are possible after November 1st.

Events

How do I participate in the auction?

Everyone is welcome to submit items to the auction.  Details on the auction and submission forms will be provided one month prior to the Gathering.

 

How do I volunteer to help at the Gathering?

Thank you for asking!  Visit our Volunteer survey and indicate that you would like to assist at the Gathering.

What is the schedule of events?

Registration will open at 9 AM Thursday, November 7th, and the first event starts at 3 PM. Please plan accordingly.

Dealers

How do I register as a dealer?

It’s easy!

Please note that dealer booths cannot be held prior to registering.  Space is very limited so register early, if you want a booth.

  1. Register yourself and any co-workers for the Gathering.
  2. Visit Dealer Registration to choose the size booth you want and complete your dealer registration.
